  • What are the accepted payment methods and currencies?
    All products are listed under Canadian currency(CAD$). ChillTalk can only accept Canadian through PayPal at this moment. Paypal is one of the most secure online payment terminal in the market.
  • What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
    You can pay with all major credit cards through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
  • When do I need to pay for my order?
    Once and order is placed, you have up to 60 minutes to finish the payment transaction. After 60 minutes, the automate cart system will return the reserved item back to stock and cancel your order.
  • What is ChillTalk’s return policy?
    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or would like to report a missing order, please feel free to contact ChillTalk’s Customer Services by writing to cs@chilltalk.ca 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be contacted within the next 3 business days.

  • How to cancel my order?
    Sadly, if you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can contact customer service by email at cs@chilltalk.ca or by our contact form. Unfortunately if your order status is completed or shipped, ChillTalk can no longer cancel the order.
  • How can I receive Free Shipping?
    Shipping cost is waived with any single purchase order over $150 before taxes. This offer is valid for shipping address anywhere in North America.
  • Can you ship to international address?
    Currently we can only accept order from North America and deliver product to Canadian and US address. Please check back often when our service reaches your country in the near future.
  • What about Taxes?
    We collect appropriate HST and GST with Canadian government sale tax guideline. All customers need to sign up at check out or “My Account” page with a valid billing & shipping address in order to see the tax amount based on your provincial tax rate.

    Chilltalk Characters is a local Comic Art and Design Company focuses on character design and licensing. We also produce exclusive clothing, gift and accessories merchandises in Brampton, Ontario Canada.
  • Why ChillTalk?
    ChillTalk is formed by a family of cute comic characters from a whimsical world. You can only find the “chillracters” here and they are all unique and full of personalities. By visiting our website, we hope everyone can enjoy a little delightful moment reading our comics after a long day of work/school and just “chills”! Life should always be filled with laughs and inspirations!

    ChillTalk Characters brings quality Canadian made and designed apparel products to our customers at a fair price. Chilltalk cooperates with local businesses and Canadian manufacturers to find the best source materials for our products. Our target is to spread these unique, fun and interesting illustrations+inspirations to the world and bring chill moments to all comic and art lovers.
  • What is a Chillracter?
    Chillracters are comic characters created by Designer/Owner of Chilltalk Characters – Alienwing (real name Fiona, Wing). Check out our Comic Blog for more chillracter details.
  • Can I re-post your illustration and comics?
    All works and images from chilltalk.ca are protect under the Copyright Act. We would love to share our content on other websites but please make sure you acquired official written permission from Chilltalk Characters (Contact Us) before re-posting/re-blogging our works. Proper attribution is appreciated.
  • Where can I find the size chart?
    Size detail is listed under the “Additional Information tab of each product description area.
  • My favorite item is sold out…
    ChillTalk products are all limited and exclusive items. Once a design/item is sold out, we might never restock it again so grab them when you can!
  • Howcome my order is not wrapped up by plastic?
    ChillTalk supports Green just like you and one of our chillracter – TreeAlien does. So we decided to package with paper product whenever we can and try our best to stay away from non-recyclable materials. We recommend all customers not to leave their received order in a wet environment for prolonged period of time.
  • How can I place an order?
    After you decided on the size and quantity of a product, just need to click on the “Add to cart” button. When ready to purchase, click on “Shopping Cart” or “Checkout” then follow the on screen instruction to finish your order. If you need further assistance, please contact customer service by email at cs@chilltalk.ca.
  • How to avoid double payment?
    During check out, please do not refresh your browser until the transaction is fully finished. At the end, you should be redirected to your order detail page automatically.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Within Canada depends on the shipping method is chosen, Xpresspost post offers 2 business days delivery with tracking info; FedEx Ground offers 3 business days delivery with tracking info and Canada post ground shipping offers 6 business days delivery without tracking info.
  • How much is the shipping cost?
    Shipping cost is calculated automatically on the “Checkout” page based on which country and or courier service is chosen (see image below).

ChillTalk’s Return Policy

Chilltalk Characters accepts any refund/return products of unopened package and or unworn/unwashed apparels within 45 days after the day of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost if merchandises are delivered in perfect condition.
Chilltalk Characters is responsible for all shipping cost and administrative cost if products are damaged, defective or incorrect order upon delivery. Customers have to notify customer service by email within 14 days after receiving the order with an image/snap shot attachment of the defective or incorrect products.
